How much does a Party in the Plaza ticket cost?

Tickets are $20 each.

Where can I purchase tickets for Party in the Plaza?

Tickets are available through Ticketmaster and are limited to 8 per account. The best way of being assured a spot at Party in the Plaza is to purchase tickets in advance.

Is Party in the Plaza open to all ages?

This event is open to all ages. However please note that programming is catered towards adults, and there will not be specific children’s programming.

What does the ticket provide access to?

A Party in the Plaza ticket is required for entry across the entire property – including indoors at Hargrave St. Market and outdoors in True North Square’s plaza.  Fans can move freely between indoor and outdoor food and beverage options and entertainment. This includes Mottola Grocery and Gusto North. 

A Party in the Plaza ticket is not required if you have a Gusto North reservation booked within 1-3 hours prior to puck drop.

A ticket is not required to watch the game in the LOTW taproom.

If I have a ticket to the game, can I still get into Party in the Plaza?

New this year- Your ticket to the game will get you into the Party in the Plaza free of charge. Scan your game day ticket at the entrances to enter.

If I have a ticket to the Whiteout Street Party can I get into Party in the Plaza?

No, the Whiteout Street Party is a separate ticketed event.

Entry & Location

What are the operating hours for Party in the Plaza?

Gates open 3 hours prior to advertised game start. A ticket is not required post-event but is subject to capacity restrictions.

Where is Party in the Plaza taking place?

At 242 Hargrave in the second floor Hargrave St. Market, and in the adjacent plaza at True North Square.

Where can I enter Party in the Plaza?

Entrances will be at the corner of Carlton and Hargrave and via the Skywalk entrance to Hargrave St. Market. Fans entering Hargrave St. Market through the True North Square parkade will use the east side elevators. West side elevators will be closed.

Can I exit and re-enter?

The ticket is valid for the entire duration of the event, however spots will not be guaranteed if leaving. Post-game entry will not be ticketed.

Is there security screening?

Yes, contactless security screening and bag searches will be in place at all gates.

Services & Amenities

Where are the washrooms?

Washrooms are located in Hargrave St. Market, in the southeast corner of the food hall. Accessible washrooms facilities are available near Lake of the Woods Brewing Company on Level 1 and on Level 2. Portable bathrooms with hand wash stations can also be found in the Plaza.

Where is accessible seating?

There will be seating located in the Plaza on Level 1 as well as Level 2 of Hargrave St. Market. There are elevators located in True North Square for accessibility access. Mobility devices are welcome.

Is there a bike valet?

No. A bike valet is not available. There are bike racks available for public use in and around True North Square’s plaza.

Is Parking Available?

Parking is available for the Party in the Plaza and Jets games in the True North Square Parkade (245 Carlton Street). The True North Square parkade provides easy entry and exit points prior to and after the game. Parking is available at the posted rates for the Party in the Plaza as well as for the game. We offer EV Charging stations, fully accessible parking all connected to the Canada Life Centre via the Skywalk system on level 2 or through the 242 Hargrave Lobby across Graham.

What are the food and beverage options?

Food and beverage service in the plaza and Hargrave St. Market will be available throughout the event, with plenty of fantastic options to choose from:

  • True North Square Plaza will feature: Luxe BBQ X Mottola Grocery Food Truck, Rose Bar, Lake of the Woods Brewing Company Boler, Aperol Spritz Cart and Good Neighbour Beer Bike. 
  • Level 1: Mottola Grocery + MG Caesar Bar
  • Level 2: Gusto North, Yard Burger, Good Fight Taco, Saburo, The 44, Rose Bar and Fools and Horses

What are the payment options?

True North Square plaza amenities are 100% cashless. Other locations are contactless payment preferred but will accept cash.

Is there an ATM on site?

No. There is no ATM on site. However, there are bank machines located just outside the event site in both 242 Hargrave and 223 Carlton – a Scotiabank ATM is located on the main level of 242 Hargrave, and an Assiniboine Credit Union ATM is located on the main level of 223 Carlton.

Can I purchase 50/50 tickets?

Yes! Fans have the opportunity to get in on the in-game 50/50 draw. 50/50 sellers will be roaming around the area – be sure to catch one for a chance to win! Or buy a 50/50 ticket online here.

Where can I watch the game?

Jets playoff games will be shown on TVs throughout Hargrave St. Market, as well as on the large screen in the plaza during the events.

What is available for entertainment?

Party in the Plaza will feature various live music performances and DJ’s will entertain fans before and after the game. You can expect our entertainment to vary from one event to the other.

Will I be able to buy Jets apparel on site?

Yes! There is a Jets Gear pop up on site at the Party in the Plaza. The pop is located on level 1 in Mottola Grocery and has lots of great options for White Out gear!

What To Bring

Can I bring a lawn chair?

Lawn chairs are only permitted if fully collapsible. Poles and other attachments to chairs are not permitted.

Can I bring my backpack?

Bags and backpacks must be limited to 12” x 9” x 5” or smaller. Bags will be subject to full inspection prior to entry. Exceptions will be made for guests with medical and childcare/diaper bags and for working media. There is no on-site bag check for oversized bags.

Can I bring my own food or drinks into Party in the Plaza?

No outside food or beverages are permitted.

Are there items not permitted into Party in the Plaza?

Yes. Flag poles, hockey sticks, or anything that could be used as weapon will not be permitted. Signs with offensive or derogatory messages will not be allowed.

Outside food and beverage and smoking of any kind is not permitted.

Venue management reserves the right to decline entry to any item deemed a safety risk.

Are pets allowed?

We ask that you keep your furry friend at home (service animals are permitted on site).
